The pet palatability expert with an appetite for interior design
A graduate in Food Science and Technology from ENITIAA (Nantes), Nathalie joined Symrise Pet Food in 2003 as Research & Development Scientist. From 2008 to 2011, she focused on research projects to increase the palatability of SPF solutions for cats.
Nathalie then spent seven years as development and technical support manager, developing adapted palatability solutions for the EAME petfood market before joining headquarters to support both internal and external customers.
She is now responsible for leading the global palatability pipeline around palatant developments and technical support for customers.
She enjoys the diversity of challenges she faces when developing new products that completely satisfy pets’ appetites, bringing them gustatory and olfactory pleasure to meet customer expectations.
As well as being a pet lover, – Nathalie is a pet parent to Falco, golden retriever, and Limoncello, a Ragdoll – she is also passionate about interior design. She loves creating new ambiences that promote her guests’ well-being.
