Navigating future challenges of cat food palatability
A graduate MSc in Food Science, Aurélie has a PhD in biotechnology and aroma. She joined Diana Pet Food in 2001 with seven years’ experience as a flavorist and biotechnologist to work on palatability innovation projects for cats and dogs. She then lead the R&D team developing palatable solutions for wet pet food and treats and has implemented the Regional Development & technical support structures and organization in 2008.
Since 2010, she has managed the Diana Pet Food R&D cat platform. Their basic research projects are dedicated to understanding and improving cat food palatability, studying it on both molecular and holistic levels…
Excited by future challenges in pet food and sensory research, she is proud of the high standard of scientific knowledge her team has already contributed and shared with scientific communities.
A keen sailor and cat lover, Aurelie manages to combine her two passions.
